"I only received my text confirmation of the car arriving seven minutes after the pick up time was due. It was raining and traffic was bad as it was a friday end of day. The driver did manage to call me just after my pick up time to alert me that they were running late. In the end it was only about 10 minutes late, and we still made it to the airport on time, but i was beginning to wonder for a moment if it was going to work out..."
