"Driver was approx. ten minutes late. I had not received an email confirming a driver had been assigned, nor a telephone number so I had to call customer service and they gave me a number. I got no answer after a couple of calls, but then did receive a call back. Despite this, the journey was excellent. The driver was very helpful with all our luggage."
